  Kristi Mohn, a realtor of unparalleled caliber, has reframed what I thought a house buying experience could be. I am recently relocated to Emporia from New Mexico. Working on a recommendation from an new colleague, who stated, and I quote, "Kristi is one of the best real estate agents in Emporia", my husband and I contacted her at ERG. She asked the right questions to understand our needs and concerns. On the day of our planned visit to just scout out possibilities, she gave us a clear picture of the real estate market in Emporia and showed us the kinds of homes that we were considering. Unbelievably, the first home we saw really was "The One"; however, she still showed many more comparable homes so that we could get a fair perspective on all the options. We saw the house at 8am and by 10am we made an offer. 15 minutes later our offer was accepted! Kriisti worked to get the electric inspection, termite inspection and a contractor out to the house that morning and then worked with the title company to close on the house that same afternoon at 430pm! Based on her advice, we even got the water and the electricity connected and transferred to our name that same day, before the beginning of the weekend! I could not have dreamt of a more capable and amazing professional. Kristi's service and attention to detail was phenomenal! She gave us the best advice and recommendations on service professionals in the area, which has made our relocation fun and seamless.
